You will be astonished by the beauty of Piazza Navona thanks to the works of the great rivals: the Fountain of Four Rivers by Gian Lorenzo Bernini facing the church of Sant’Agnese in Agone designed by Francesco Borromini, with a curious story behind.
Passing through Piazza della Minerva you will admire the Elephant statue by Bernini with the small obelisk atop it before arriving to Il Gesù, the first Baroque church erected in Rome and home of the Society of Jesus.
